Ray Todd (Director)

Ray Todd is Civil Engineer with 30 years experience specialising in urban development projects. Ray's experience covers all aspects of the engineering inputs to development projects including concept design and feasibility studies, detailed design and documentation, contract administration and construction superintendence and covers a range of project types including residential, commercial, industrial, retail and recreational landuses. Fields of special competence include providing advice to clients in relation to potential acquisitions and due diligence work. Ray has also worked on a number of large scale urban development projects including Austin Lakes and Bletchley Park. Furthermore, he has also developed particular expertise in the engineering of water based development and has worked on both the Port Mandurah and Mandurah Ocean Marina Projects.

David Barry (Associate)

David is a senior engineer with more than 15 years of experience with land development in Melbourne. He has a broad range of experience and has established relationships with water agencies, local authorities and public utility authorities. He has spent many years as a project superintendent and fully understands the need for attention to detail through documentation, and risk profiling prior to construction to mitigate the potential for cost variations and extensions of time

Troy Boekeman (Director)

Troy Boekeman is a Civil Engineer with 25 years experience working with Cossill & Webley and other private consulting engineering firms. Troy has worked at various locations overseas and in regional Australia generally in a geotechnical engineering capacity as well as on various urban development projects in the metropolitan area. Over his 20yrs at CW, Troy has worked with Clients such as Satterley Property Group, Mirvac, Lend Lease and Stockland.

Mark Wallis (Director)

Mark Wallis is a Civil Engineer with a double degree in Engineering and Commerce and 20 years’ experience specialising in all aspects of urban development.  Mark has experience in overseas construction management and geomechanical consulting. Mark's residential experience includes the Brighton Estate and the Ellenbrook project which are two of the most awarded residential projects in Australia.  Mark also has experience in industrial and regional land developments.

Kai Lorrimar (Associate)

Kai is a Civil Engineer with 10 years’ experience in land development. Kai joined the CW Leadership Team in 2016 upon relocating to Melbourne and has been a key contributor in the growth of CW’s Melbourne office. Kai has gained broad Victorian experience, having worked on projects in Cranbourne, Officer, Altona North, Wollert and Pakenham.  Prior to relocating to Victoria, Kai had a lead role on the Ellenbrook project in Perth, one of Australia’s premier and most successful master-planned communities.

Brock Jeffery-Monck (Associate)

Brock is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and is on the National Engineering Register (NER). Upon relocating to Victoria in 2016, Brock joined the leadership team and has been a key contributor in the growth of CW’s Melbourne office. Brock has gained broad Victorian experience, having worked on projects in Craigieburn, Officer, Wyndham Vale, South Morang and Plumpton.  Prior to relocating to Victoria, Brock had been involved with the Alkimos Beach project in Perth which was the first project in Western Australia to achieve all 6 leaves EnviroDevelopment certification. He has an excellent understanding of EnviroDevelopment and Sustainability and how it can be applied to land development projects
