History

Cossill & Webley Pty Ltd (CW) is a firm with offices in Perth and Melbourne.  Established in 1989, CW was conceived to provide civil engineering services in urban development and related fields.  CW specialises in all aspects of civil engineering as applied to the subdivision of land and building development, marinas, harbours and canal estates, transport systems and traffic management schemes. CW can also provide a total civil engineering service, from initial feasibility studies to concept planning to construction superintendence/management.

The Directors of the firm Ray Todd, Craig Hansen, Troy Boekeman, Mark Wallis and Avril Thomson are all civil engineers with a wealth of experience in the urban development industry, working both with consultants and government authorities. 

The firm's resources comprise a team of engineers and civil designers are highly experienced in urban development projects and has available to it a full range of up-to-date, in-house computer facilities and software for the investigation, design and drawing of engineering works.

The firm has established working associations with allied consultants which can provide specialist skills, as required, complimenting CW's expertise. These include transport planners, geotechnical engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, etc and with them CW can offer and manage integrated teams for multi-disciplinary projects.
